What measures should be taken when the “self-controlled aircraft” encounters the following emergencies?

  • When the cockpit balance lever is abnormal, the cockpit is tilted or there is a break in the cockpit, the cockpit should be stopped immediately to lower the cockpit, and at the same time, the passengers must be told to hold the handrails through the broadcast;
  • In the event of a sudden power failure during the operation of hydraulically lifted amusement devices, if the cockpit cannot be lowered automatically, the operator should quickly open the manual valve to drain the oil and lower the high-altitude passengers to the ground. When the amusement facility stops rotating, the cockpit cannot be lowered automatically, and this method can also be used to lower the passengers to the ground;
  • When abnormal vibrations, shocks and sounds occur during the operation of amusement facilities, immediately press the emergency button, cut off the power supply, and evacuate the passengers. After checking and troubleshooting, restart the machine.

What should be paid attention to during the operation of “self-controlled aircraft”?

  • Large-scale self-control aircraft amusement facilities should generally have more than two service personnel to maintain the order in the venue and discourage passengers from rushing up and down;
  • Before starting the machine, check whether each passenger is wearing a seat belt, and whether the safety bar is properly pressed and locked;
  • When the number of passengers is small, the passengers should be guided to ride separately and avoid excessive load;
  • Reject the unsuitable crowds, children under the height or age must be accompanied by adults to play;
  • Use the broadcaster to guide the passengers in the correct ride with polite language, remind the passengers of the essentials that they can control some of them, and remind the passengers to “play now”. Press the standby alarm twice to confirm that there are no unsafe factors in the venue before starting the machine;
  • Pay attention to the dynamics of passengers during the amusement. Passengers are not allowed to sit on the edge of the cockpit, and no strange noises are allowed. Passengers are not allowed to stand or squat to take pictures during the operation of the aircraft. Unsafe factors should be stopped in time through the broadcaster, and emergency stop measures should be adopted when necessary;
  • Before the end of the amusement ride, please promptly remind the passengers not to unfasten the seat belt when the plane is not stopped, and do not stand or jump out of the cockpit.

What should be included in the daily inspection items of “self-controlled aircraft”?

 The structure and size of self-controlled aircraft are very different, and the requirements of daily inspection items are also different. The inspection items that usually need to be paid attention to are as follows.

  • Whether each lubrication point is well lubricated, whether to add lubricant to pins, bearings, gears, etc.;
  • Whether the anchor bolts of the base and the transmission device are loose;
  • Whether the connecting bolts and pin chucks of each arm are loose;
  • Whether the cockpit balance tie rod is adjusted properly, and whether the split pins on the pin shafts at both ends of the tie rod are broken or falling off;
  • Whether the seat belts and safety bars on each cockpit are firmly fixed and intact;
  • Whether there are cracks in the welding seam of each support plate connecting the cockpit and the support arm;
  • The oil cylinder (cylinder) used for lifting has no leakage, and the pins at both ends are fixed firmly;
  • Whether the lifting limit upper and lower travel switch is effective;
  • Whether there is abnormal jitter during trial operation and cabin lifting.
