The passenger cockpit of this amusement ride is shaped like a Coffee Cup and can rotate in three planes: one is to rotate around its own central axis, the other is to rotate around the center of the small turntable, and the third is that each small turntable rotates around the center of the large turntable at the same time . Sitting in the Coffee Cup, visitors can experience the fun of multiple compound rotations.
1.Main structure
The Coffee Cup is generally composed of a bottom support seat, a large turntable and a support frame, a small turntable and a support frame, a turntable, a rotating power system, a platform and a control room, as shown in Figure 1.

(1) Bottom support seat. It is mainly welded by channel steel and iron plate to form a “cross”-shaped structure. In order to facilitate transportation and separate manufacturing, high-strength bolts are generally used for connection during installation, as shown in Figure 2.
(2) The large turntable and the support frame are composed of a steel frame structure, and a layer of aluminum alloy pattern plate is laid on it. The central part of the large turntable is connected to the bottom support seat through a large slewing bearing, as shown in Figure 3.
(3) The small turntable and the supporting frame are composed of a steel frame structure, which is fixed on the steel structure of the large turntable through the slewing bearing, so as to realize the rotation of the small turntable and rotate with the large one, as shown in Figure 4.
(4) The rotor cup is made of glass fiber reinforced plastic and steel structure, as shown in Figure 5. The vertical shaft seat of the turntable is fixed on the steel structure of the small turntable with bolts, and it can rotate freely when the equipment is running, or the passenger can manually turn the handwheel to make it rotate.

(5) Rotary power system. There are two sets of the system: one is the rotating system of the big turntable; the other is the beautiful turning system of the small turntable. The rotating system of the large turntable is composed of a geared motor connected to a pinion and a large gear of a slewing bearing meshing with it.
(6) Platform and control room. The platform is generally made of angle iron and checkered plate. There are two steps to distinguish the entrance and exit. An operating room is installed at one end of the platform, and an operating system is installed in the operating room.
2.Working principle
The working principle of the Coffee Cup amusement park ride is: the frequency converter controls the deceleration motor, the motor drives the pinion to rotate, the pinion meshes with the large gear to drive the large gear to rotate, the large gear is fixed with the large turntable through the slewing bearing, and the large turntable rotates with the large gear. The working principle of the small turntable rotation is similar to that of the large turntable. In addition, the slewing bearing of the small turntable and the deceleration motor are fixed on the steel structure of the large turntable, and rotate together with the large turntable while realizing its own rotation.
3.Safety device
The safety device of the Coffee Cup is mainly the seat belt. The seat belt is a buckle-type seat belt similar to a car seat belt.
